This Privacy Policy explains how AI Vocal Remover ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use ai-vocal-remover.com (the “Service”).

1. Information We Collect

We do not require accounts. We may collect:
  • Local input data you select is decoded and processed in your browser. We do not receive or store the audio bytes. A temporary IndexedDB record may keep the File available across the result-page navigation, is deleted after successful separation, and expires after 24 hours if processing does not finish.
  • Basic usage and device data, such as IP address, user-agent, and request logs for abuse prevention, security, and troubleshooting.
  • Analytics data if analytics is enabled, such as page views, feature usage events, browser metadata, and analytics identifiers.
  • Preferences stored locally in your browser, for example theme mode.
  • Feedback responses you choose to submit through our Google Form. Please do not include sensitive information.

2. Third-Party Services

To provide local processing, the browser may retrieve required application resources from our Cloudflare-hosted asset service. That service may receive ordinary request metadata, such as IP address and user-agent, but never your audio bytes. We do not use a third-party audio inference API in the local workflow.
Google Analytics may receive page-view and feature-event data when enabled. We use Google Forms to collect optional product feedback. Google processes these requests and submitted responses according to its own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide and operate the Service.
  • Maintain security and prevent abuse.
  • Improve performance and reliability.
  • Measure product usage and improve the user experience.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information:
  • With analytics, feedback, and infrastructure providers needed to operate the Service.
  • When required by law or to protect users and the Service.

5. Data Retention

We retain operational logs for as long as needed for security and reliability. Browser task records expire after 24 hours and result blobs are released when the page is closed or refreshed.
